We always offer in-depth detailed videos and substantial demos to showcase the instrument for customers to hear before deciding to purchase. Since our instruments use different authorisation methods and are downloadable the refund process is not straight forward. This is common among all sample companies selling Kontakt libraries and sample packs.

For Kontakt Player instruments we agree to issue a refund if request has been received within 14 days from placing the order. However there is a 10% surcharge for serial retrievals. 

For Full Kontakt instruments once serial has been redeemed, refunds are not possible as these items are non-returnable by their nature.

Sample Packs downloaded as zips, are non-refundable.
